Refund & Cancelation


We are aware that nobody cancelles the tour without any genuine reason. If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever he shall make an application in writing to that effect within specified time limit hereunder along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Cancellation charges as stated here under will be applicable and will be deducted from or payable by the Guest. Cancellation charges for any mode of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority. Air ticket cancellation charges for special fares if paid by the tourist are NON REFUNDABLE. Any refund payable will be refunded to the tourist after receipt of the refund from respective authorities after deducting the processing charges.

Taxes by Airlines, Visa and Government

Airlines are independent vendors. Thus, factors regarding them such as airfare, fuel and other taxes like YQ and YR etc are entirely up to the discretion of the Airline. These costs have to be borne by the guest before the tour departure. Air ticket cancellation charges plus deposit forfeit charges are as applicable under the rules of the concerned airline. These are to be paid by the Guest immediately in the event of cancellation of the tour.

Visa fee/VFS fee and government tax are not controlled by the company, thus any changes in the same shall be paid by the guest.

Cost of tours other than Mumbai to Mumbai tours (World tours)

Tour cost is fixed taking into consideration that the tour begins and ends with Mumbai. However, for convenience if a Guest wishes to board his/her flight from airports other than Mumbai, she/he shall bear the extra charges. Also, if she/he reaches the destination before the group, she/he shall pay for the transfers, hotel stay and meal charges as per actual.

Reimbursement to the Company

For any reason if the Company bears any cost on behalf of the guest, she/he must reimburse the amount to the Company within the designated time.

Required Documents

Photo Identity

Carrying photo identity is compulsory for all types of tours.

Photo identity is a document issued by Government bodies or any authorized and legally accepted document. (PAN card, Voters card). For students School / College ID card of the present year.


Passport is an official document for all international travelers. It is also considered as an identity proof. Please keep sufficient photocopies of the passport; it is required for many purposes. Passport should have sufficient blank pages that are not damaged/stapled/torn for recording visas of various countries.

Validity of the passport: The passport should be valid for minimum 6 months (180 days) from the date of departure from India and from the date of arrival date of the tour in India. For a few countries this requirement is of 270 days. For the tours in Europe sector, the required validity is 10 years.

Passport loss

Loss of passport results in costly formalities like launching an FIR, obtaining a landing certificate etc. The tour manager will assist the guest, but cannot stay back as the formalities are time consuming.


Visa (visitor intending to stay abroad) is a must to enter in any country. We assist in preparing visa documents, submitting them and collecting the passport from the consulate. Consulate/Authorities may ask for original documents or for a personal interview at any time. The Company will not incur any expenditure when a guest visits the consulate for an interview. Issue of visa is at the sole discretion of the respective consulate; company will not be responsible for the same.

All charges regarding the application for the visa shall be borne by the passenger only. Any fines, penalties or any such payments arising due to not meeting with the requirements of any airport or government authority in respect of Passport or Visa documents shall be paid by the guest only.

In a few countries, visa can be issued on arrival at the country’s respective destination. On receipt of the visa, Guests are required to check validity, signatures and the photographs placed on the visa copies. If the Visa is rejected, Guest shall pay the applicable charges.

Personal Covering letter

Stating purpose of the travel (Personal/Tour/ Employment etc.) along with financial/ sponsorship details.( For Employed On Plain paper, Self-Employed On Plain paper with Visiting Card, Business or Professionals On their letter head )

Travel Insurance

It is highly recommended to acquire travel insurance for protection from any expenses such as medical, legal, hospitalization, accident etc. Insurance cost is not included in tour price unless specified or required by the specific consulates for issuance of visa. Insurance is a separate service; company shall not be responsible for settlement of any insurance claims. The Company will not be able to provide any assistance or money back and no further claims in this regard will be entertained.

Tour Joining at Convenient Destinations

Guests can join/leave the tour at their convenient locations, but they must provide all information such as flight details, contact details, email address etc to the company office. They must fulfill all the necessary procedures regarding air tickets, visa, insurance etc.

Transfer of Tour:

A transfer from the booked tour to another tour will be treated as cancellation of earlier tour and a fresh booking of another tour will have to be made. All cancellation charges stated in the Brochure will apply. Cancellation charges will be charged as per actual tour cost & not on a discounted tour price. Transfer is applicable within Domestic/International tours only.


We provide air-conditioned luxury coaches and the size of the same depends on the number of the travelers and the destination. Seating arrangement in the coach shall be on first come first serve basis. In some cases company reserves the right to allocate the seats.

Consuming alcohol, smoking and eating is strictly prohibited in the coaches. Company shall not be responsible for any loss of valuables from the coach. If the coach is damaged by the guest, she/he will be responsible to pay the compensation.

Accommodation / Hotel arrangements

We select hotels at the best and most convenient locations. Generally we provide twin sharing accommodation in standard rooms. Facilities like heaters/coolers are provided as per the weather condition.

Triple sharing rooms are same like double room, third bed can be a roll-away mattress put on the floor.

Check-in and check-out time: Guests should follow check-in and check-out time of the hotels. General check-in and check-out time in India is 1200 hrs and 1000 hrs. International check-in and check-out time is 1500 hrs and 1200 hrs.

Single occupancy: Guests can get single occupancy by paying extra charges.

Room Sharing: Guests can share a room with their friends or family. However, company shall not be responsible for any loss, missing items etc in the former scenario.

Additional facilities: Guests have to bear charges for additional provisions such as laundry, telephone, mini-bar, snacks, food, alcohol, optional activities in the hotels, excess baggage, personal shopping, pay toilet etc.


We mostly provide a vegetarian menu; however, sometimes there can be few non vegetarian items.

Menu is preset in all our tours. If the guest misses or avoids any meal by any reason, no refund will be given. We choose best restaurants for all our tours; however the company has no control over the nature of meals provided by the supplier. For baby meals, we can provide tinned milk, plain dal & rice, apart from that if the infant requires other specific diet, they will have to make their own arrangements.

Tour manager

All guests must follow instructions given by the tour managers. The company is not responsible for any problems that may arise by not following the instructions. While a tour manager is there to assist you throughout your journey, personal belongings remain the guest’s responsibility.


Guests will be responsible for their bags and belongings. You have to pay certain charges or tips to service providers for carrying baggage. Guests have to verify and be responsible for their bags at the airport, in coaches, in train journey, at immigration points and during any travel.

Important points

Avoid Valuables

We strongly recommend not carrying any valuables on the tour. The company is not responsible for loss/damage of the same.


Guests may go shopping on their own however; we neither promote nor recommend any specific shops. We are not responsible for any fraud or faulty shopping items.


We treat all information furnished by you as confidential and will share only the necessary data with airline, hotels and other service providers.

Company shall not disclose any data of its own under any circumstances to any guests. This includes, but is not limited to, clarifications on itinerary, tour costs, cancellation charges etc.

Any information provided by the guest to the company, is subject to disclosure thereof as required by law or by an order by court or the rules, regulations and enquiry by any government / statutory authority.

Rules for NRI guest

NRI guest and foreigners should abide by all the laws, rules, and regulations of Government of India and / or the country concerned while undertaking the tour.

Single Traveler

Guest traveling alone must pay single supplement charges. Single person not willing to pay single occupancy charges will have to share a room with two or three co-passengers, subject to availability and rules of that respective hotel or else will have to wait till another willing person books the same tour.

Photography/Video shooting

The Company solely reserves the right to publish the guests’ photograph or group photograph taken during the tour. Company solely reserves the right to use photographs/ video’s taken on tour provided by the guest/taken on tour by our experts, for promotion of the company’s business without prior permission of the concerned person.


If Guest has any claim, complaint with respect to the services provided by any of the vendor, guest should immediately notify it to the particular vendor in writing, and a copy of the letter should be handed over to the tour leader.

Paid facilities

In some countries/at some destinations there are paid toilet halts, the charges will have to be given by the guest.


All disputes pertaining to the tour and any claim arising therein shall be subject to the Court of jurisdiction at Pune only.


If a payment is received by card, in case of refund, it will be done through the respective card’s Financial Institution and will be credited to the same card. Transaction charges herein are to be borne by guest.

Refunds if any, for amendments/alteration or cancellations etc. will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee’ cheque, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange within 30-45 working days, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
